I ordered a few milk crates and my main concern was that the dimensions would be off. They ended up matching what was listed on the site and fit my garage shelves pretty much exactly how I hoped. Not much else to say, but compared to some other storage bins I’ve bought before, these were just... Glad I didn’t have to deal with a return.

I ordered a few crates from Milk Crates Direct, and overall the product descriptions were okay. I could figure out the basic size and style without too much trouble, so placing the order wasn’t a huge hassle.

That said, I definitely found myself wishing there was more info. Like, what are the exact measurements?? How much weight can these actually hold?? The photos helped a little, but I still wanted a better idea of the plastic texture and sturdiness before buying.

Everything worked out in the end, so I’m not really complaining too much. It just felt like I had to guess more than I should have, especially when comparing different crate options. Not bad, just could be clearer.

I sometimes use these around food storage, so I feel like that’s something the company should be upfront and specific about. They’re fine if you’re just using them for lighter stuff, but one of my crates ended up with a small crack after only a few weeks. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but I expected them to hold up a little better. Also, the constant reminders to leave a review felt aggressive, which got annoying fast.

I ordered a few crates from milkcratesdirect.com because I’ve been trying to get my garage less chaotic, mostly after tripping over a random extension cord last weekend. the handles were better than I expected. They don’t really dig into my fingers much, even when I’ve got the crate loaded up with heavier stuff.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that I wish the edges were just a tiny bit smoother. Not a huge deal, and I’m still using them all the time, but it’s something I noticed while carrying one out to my car.

Checkout was easy, and I paid with my card without any trouble. I just wish the PayPal option had been a bit easier to spot. Overall, it was fine.

I stopped in expecting to have to hunt around, but they actually had the crates I needed right there. Grabbed them pretty much right away, which was a relief. it was simple and easy. Then boom, mission accomplished, back to my day.
